Elena Rainer, one of the co-organizers of Flavourama, is based in Salzburg and works in the Global Culture Department of Red Bull GmbH.

After studying in Austria, Norway, Portugal and Turkey, she finished her Master’s degree in International Management and Marketing in 2016 and is now the global project leader of Red Bull Dance Your Style. 

Elena always had a passion for dance and after being very close to Flavourama from year 1, she joined the organising Team in 2012.
