Flavourama is hiring! We’re looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT to join our team.

WORK

  • Manage, structure, label and oversee social media content
  • Help managing a high volume of daily social media post
  • Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the social media presence and performance
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media and provide insights, recommendations, and direction on creator development strategies
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner (mainly during the festival)
  • Creating content during the festival
  • Eventually develop and execute a channel strategy for a new TikTok channel

  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with creative content curation and/or execution, working with creative teams, photographers and videographers
  • Deep passion for Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok 
  • Knowledge about street & club dance culture
  • English and (Knowledge of German is an advantage)
